Application:

Series EXCALIBUR-EX used for areas with danger of inflammable gas and vapour explosion – Zone 1,2 and areas with danger of inflammable dust explosion  - Zone 1,21. The lighting fittings are certified by FTZÚ Ostrava-Radvanice
(certificate FTZÚ 06 ATEX 0057X). The fittings are used mostly in areas as griding plants, hoppers, warehouses, grain elevators etc.

Ambient temperatures:   –20°C – +40°C

Body: 

Stainless steel sheet or white painted steel sheet 1 mm thick with outlets for M20x1,5 or M25x1,5 plastic or stainless steel sealing cable glands for areas with dange of explosion.

Cover: 

Hardened glass 5 mm thick fixed by means of hinges on one side and screws on another side.Reflector:  white painted steel sheet or stainless steel sheet 0,5 mm thick. 1-phase or 3-phase through-wiring connection on request. 

System of Fastening:

The luminaires can be fastened by five ways -through backup by M8 screws, by lifting eyes, by outriggers screwed on the side of the body, by ceiling fixtures or  by ceiling frame for the possibility to install the lighting fixture in the recessed ceiling.
